were they spores or cultures? i believe cultures are illegal so ive heard i may be wrong but try checking international laws for shrooms somewhere.

B.I.O. wont rip you off intentionally. He does enjoy going on travel a lot and sometimes it takes weeks to hear back from him email. Just email him ahead of time and make sure he will be around. He is in Austria so for European orders this would certainly be a good choice.
