First you want to presoak. Then cook your rye berries as you would rice. Usually the rye takes about 45 minutes. After that you will have the perfect water content in the rye itself. Make sure that the rye has no extra water in it. My buddy has had the best results using prints rather than adding more water with syringes.

Then place in your jars and PC for an hour.
