I am trying to clean my bowl by boiling it. The water that I boiled the ball in smells a lot like weed. If I drink it will I get stoned or sick?

THC is not very water soluble. Some of the lesser active CBNs may be but so are all of the tars and other carcinogens from the residue. Don't drink it.
You'll need some alcohol or acetone to soak that piece in and then a bit later flush it under the faucet with a strong stream of hot water.

THC is fat soluble so why not put in some oil and then boil the water out till you're left with just oil+active chemicals then distill the oil with a coffee maker to remove the tar and other shit.
Be careful not to put the temperature too high, water I believe boils at a lower temperature than most oils.

Weed vodka is very common, but weed water.... why would you want to actually drink bong water? That's essentially what you have after boiling your pipe clean.
BTW, boiling glass is NOT the best way to clean it or to get out the resin. Heating glass (even pyrex) by boiling it in a pot on a range top causes the glass to expand and contract in ways that can make marbles or any "joints" in the peice crack or come off.
Get you some sand and some isopropyl alcohol. Much more effective and better for your expensive glass peices. Dump some sand into the peice and flood it with alcohol and shake the shit out of it... dump out the nasty and repeat until it's clean.

For 10 dollars you could buy 420 cleaner, which is a big container, and the little bit you use to clean the bowl can be stored in a jar and reused up to 10 times.
