Who are you "at war with"? Iraq? Afghanistan?

Anyways, the war on drugs is superficial, like shaving your balls.

That is my beef. Clinton partied like an animal. I bet he still does. Gore did drugs. Bush was probably as much a party animal as Clinton was. John Kerry has done drugs.

If these guys want to lock up people that use drugs, maybe they should spend some time in the can themselves. It was fine and nice when they did it in the sixties. It is two faced bullshit.

And that is the first time I have read a "shaving your balls" analogy. Interesting. Don't know if that one is going to make it into the everday vernacular. I have never given much thought to shaving my balls (or anyone else's for that matter).

article the other day that pointed out the old ONDCP cunts
that are currently on Kerry's advisory committee.

they are equally dedicated to protecting the good christian
boys and girls of america.

Is this the article?

To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.'  Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence.  Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains.  Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.

I see this as a good thing. Would you rather go to a jail filled with middle aged potheads or one with large men wanting to get you in the poopshoot. You decide.

Every election it's simply a matter of selecting the lesser of two evils, or the better of two bad choices. In this case, John Kerry is the better choice.

Besides, we should give Kerry the benefit of the doubt that everything's he's saying and doing pre-November is to get himself into the White House, so of course he's going to attack stupid Bush signatures like the Star Wars defense program and focus it on something different in an attempt to grab as many swing voters as possible.

Who knows, maybe like the good politician that he is, he might break this promise. He was after all once photographed with a full beard sitting next to Jane Fonda.

I assume you're referring to this picture:

FYI, he's not the guy in the beard. He's a couple rows back and to the left.

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

Drugs will never go away - the war is a phallacy - it can never be won.

So why ever fight it?

GWB - everyone knows he was (is??) a coke head (nice pic Learyfan - as ever ). What is he now, a convert? Aren't they the worst? sheesh

And look at Kerry and his crew back in the 60's - you cannot tell me that those 'Bearded Wierdos' didn't touch illicit substances.

There is nothing worse than a righteous man in power -  unjust hypocrites.

It's denial (or worse - a sham); and facing up to the reality that drugs are a part of human existance and working with that would do a lot more good for society then trying to bludgeon the problem out of existence.

war,war,war,war,war,war,war,war,war,war,war,war,bullshit

How tired is that F**kin metaphor?

Peace
