does anybody do this without a glovebox, hepa, etc? just plain old wiping shit down and spraying with lysol?

you can do it that way, but if it doesn't contam you might get mutants.

I just go into the bathroom after spraying it with Lysol. Then I have my presterilized syringes with water and I inject the water into the small ziplock baggie ( previoulsy sterilized with alcohol), seal it up and swish it around, then I put the syringe tip back in and draw out the spore water. With a print in a baggie you can get quite a few 10cc syringes, even if the print is small. I've never had contams using this method. Good luck

just wipe down your desk or whatever w/ isopropyl alcohol and do it quickly over that surface, follow a syringe making tek and you should be golden.
