Ok my pet frogs 2nd batch, Pftek 4 sm, has seemed to of stalled at 98-99% I can still see some substrate, been like this for a week. some of the cakes have shrunk a bit,but there is water droplets on the sides of the glass. They are kept at 25-27degrees & in complete dark. Any idea's of what I stuffed up? Lack of water ? They grew great till this last week (now day 22).
Thanks ppl.
**There's also some WBS Q's going, in 2 weeks the have caught up to the jars.! **

Could be lack of moisture, or air exchange. Have you tried flipping the jars upside down for the last 2/3%

If they are really that far along then take the lids off leave the verm. layer on top. They are dying for fresh air. Too much Co2 in there they need oxy. asap!

I wouldn't birth until your ready to to use all the fruiting parameters (FAE, light, temp drop). If you want go ahead and birth just remember to scrape off all remaining uncolonized brf and rinse with "clean" water. I recommend fridge dunking 24hrs. as always to replace the moisture lost during the substrate run and increase yields also getting that awesome cold shock benefit! I would then double end case those babies GL bro

You know I been hearing alot of suggestion on dunking cakes for 24 hours?
Becareful because it is very easy to get it too wet My experience has taught me sometihng like 10-18 hours is more like it but, I started with 24 hours and I went thru a learning cure and you will to. 24 hours does work more often then not

IME 10-16hrs. really doesn't take full advantage. 18hrs. is good especially if cakes have not shrunken too much, but IME 24hrs. does take full advantage of dunking, Ive seen peeps dunk 36-48hrs. without damage what so ever but IMO there is absolutely no benefit over 24hrs. Also anything over 48hrs. will deteriorate them quickly. GL guys

There has been alot a discussion about dunkin lately. I have done alot of experiments with this tek.
I firmly believe more than 24 hours does damage
I also believe as little as an hour does them good.
But I am kidda new around here so Mabey I should keep some of my finding to myself as not to cause an uproar
