The blobby structure in the first pic looks like a member of the skeletocutis family, possibly skeletocitus amorpha (aka 'witwollige dennezwam' where you live  ). This is a fairly common fungus in the Netherlands and its bright white colour makes it easy to spot.

The fungus in the second pic could be older specimens of hypholoma fasciculare, an extremely common but visually attractive mushroom. The gills should be yellow with a hint of green. This mushroom tastes extremely bitter. Taste only a very small morsel and spit it out, as this is a poisonous mushroom. In the Anglo-Saxon world, this species is known as 'sulfur tuft', in Holland it is known as 'gewone zwavelkop'.
