well first off why are you fanning jars? they dont need to be fanned.
second I have no idea why it wouldn't be growing.. how long did you wait to innoculate after PCing?

hmm.. very strange indeed.
well, you don't need to remove excess heat unless you are pushing 90 degrees. In that case I would just turn down the heat.. never fanned jars before.
86 degrees is ideal for this stage, so you're actually a little cold.. but that shouldn't be the problem.
Is it getting light? hmm I really dunno.. leave it in the dark for another few days and watch for growth. 10 days is really a lot though to be showing ZERO growth.

Then your syringes must be to blame. Were all of the syringes kept in the same fashion? I would open one of the jars up, and take a smell.. if no smell, try to innoculate them again.

Did you rinse your WBS before you soaked it? I find putting all my WBS in a 5 gallon bucket, filling with water and straining till water is clear really makes a big difference when it comes to how well the spores take off.

How long did you soak your WBS?

Also I use liquid inoculation only. I would never spray spores into grain. Try using the kero tek.

Once you get the kero tek going try inoculating your jars again, It will not hurt them.

O and you should really focus on one strain at a time

Good luck!

i agree with fungi_x, when you use grains you should do liquid innoculation.
