I think I might give it a light spray of water
The bags had condensation on the inside throughout, since they've seemed to be doing pretty well, there's nothing I'd describe as a pin, but it's only 2 days short of 3 weeks, when the instructions say I should begin to open the bag and spray the sides, if no pins are visible.
I've been expecting slow progress, cos the room is a few degrees off the 23°c optimal temp.

So dya think just leave it B for now then? It's certainly not as much condensation as there was, but it's not actually dry.
I'm a bit worried cos I'm liable to be at my dad's for tea, which is regularly made by my mum, who also has my most favourite in the world, Gizmo, her dog. So I often don't get chance to have a squizz till late on, I work early too.
This is lame but I haven't touched em without having just got outta the bath, an disinfect everything. So it might be w days, can it dry out?
Also is that any drugs or just shrooms?
Your very kind, thank you

That is a good looking dog for sure, and yes, just leave it for now. Nice of you to take care of your parents man.

It's like walking round with a celebrity. He gets a smile from pretty much everyone.
We're cat people, me and my sisters thought my mum had lost her mind when she announced, "I'm getting a dog". I begged her not too, we had no idea what we were doing, he's a rescue dog and we got him by sheer luck, but from the moment we saw each other and he climbed in my coat scared, we've been tight AF, and I can't imagine life without him.
I adore Gizmo, my gushing is proof of that.
That's what I'll do then,
Thanks again and peace out!

Thanks for sharing bud, I am, without a doubt a cat person, but dogs have their charm for sure.. And anytime, I'm basically integrated with this community, almost a bot at this point, it's addictive you know.

Your too kind, and I don't wanna do my mum dirty. She is the one who looks after me, and even at 45 still does. She left my old man 35 years ago and they didn't speak until the last couple years, since he got dementia and needs looking after. I'd planned to share the dinners she often does, but wasn't surprised at her just starting to factor my dad in her cooking. Which she's really good at.
My dad does not deserve that, he was not a nice man. Families eh!
My sister's help out too, I don't wanna make out like I am a saint.
No one's perfect and you can't pick your family, but if they reckon they've got a decent son, it's cos they musta been decent parents.

Me too, I've had a cat since we left my dad's in 89. But living on my own, I had my first cat Lilly, who turned out to be a boy. According to the vet anyway, she lived happily as a girl tho. She died. But this lad walked in one sunny day with a awful collar about to choke him. Me and Lilly were blitzed ont sofa stoned, so she barely noticed, but I watched him slowly come further in, and then I jumped up, shut the door and told him not to worry, I'm just gonna save your life. Grabbed the scissors and a bit of tuna. He bolted out the minute that door opened. But he came back the next day. An never left.
I let my nephew name him. He decided on Sweets. But I'm pretty sure he just wanted some sweets. He was like 3. It stuck tho. So this is Sweets my only cat after poor Lilly went to cat heaven.
He fucking hates it when Gizmo comes to visit and he tries to batter him, Gizmo isn't very tough.

That 3 weeks since I started this, has bloody flown by.
I've got to be up for work soon, I probably shouldn't be watching the superbowl. Especially without Pat or Lamar. My fave players.
How am I looking after 3 weeks exactly. I'm surprised it's still rolling, they've done great.

It's always hard when they go, I had 6 cats at one point, every singel one of them got 18 years or older. Right now I don't have any cats, might get a cat again when the kids gets a little older.

Sweets is a beautiful cat, I laughed knowing he will make sure Gizmo knows who is the boss

And I agree with Agar Wedge, that might be pins in your bag, might see some fruits real soon there bud

You have a beautiful boy...

Good on you for keeping close knit with the family through thick and thin my guy, there's wealth in different things don't you go listening to things like the news tell you otherwise!

The way animals wander into humans lives has something to it for sure my man. Sometimes with a "who rescued who?" realisation attached.

Noice pins! :strokebeard: try Nd keep that surface in mind when ya get home from work and before you can moan another month has passed - you'll be able to enjoy fresh mushies! (A delicacy in my book, as there's some other chemicals that are present fresh that vanish when dried - though they're still just as good crunchy!)

Your heart sounds tuned to listen for the positive frequencies, keep following it - you'll do great my friend. :greatjob:

When I saw your adorable cat happily chilling in a bag. It reminded me of my Lilly, and what makes cats so cool. I often tell this cat that he doesn't know he's born. This guy doesn't know about no human food in the kitchen, let alone cat food. It makes me feel terrible to afta admit I was a total mess for most of poor Lilly's life, we lived hard. My mum and neighbour kept us in cat food, I couldn't look after myself then. She got sick and somehow rough AF! I looked after her best I could. I woke up to a dead cat, it didn't look or feel like my cat, and I just wanted drugs, so I told myself she was gone and I put her body in a bin behind a takeaway. I have no clue what else I cudda done but I bitterly regret that.
This was Lilly as a kitten in 2012, doing her impression of a parrot, she'd just sit on my head or shoulder, top cat.
I've got lucky I had the best cat and I have the best dog.

Sorry to hear that about your Lily mate, that's a tough one for sure! The ups with that shit just isn't worth the downs my friend - I know.

Your life will always be infinitely fuller and meaningful without addictive substances in it. Plain and simple, don't forget it.

Go easy and be safe my friend :goodday:

I think this pic isn't gonna really help, but it's the best I can do at the mo.
I was so very excited to hear that it might be "pinning". I can't be that lucky, for my very first attempt at a tricky strain. I was telling the lads, I might have managed to produce something.
But a few days later, I have just got home and had a look. It seems to have stalled, it looks like it's the same as it was a few days ago, I expected to see something growing above the surface. Bummer!

Don't give up just yet, take some better pictures, and don't worry about opening the bag to do it. A month for a bag isn't uncommon

I was more aggressive thani have been, moving and handling it, I wanted some decent photos and I stuck my microscope in but it was too much of a faff to get a pic. I saw tiny little shiny balls, pretty cool to be fair.
From the outside, it looked like not much was happening, but it's been busy, it wasn't like that before.

Aw! thanks so much for saying that. I get there's no guarantees from only pictures, but I can't tell you what a boost it is to get the thumbs up from someone who knows what they're doing. I'm still reluctant to get my hopes up, I'm just glad to be still in the game.
All I can do is my best. An I must admit, there's not many things over the years that I've genuinely tried my best, but when I do break it out, i rarely fall short.
I'm gonna enjoy my first beer in 2 weeks. My old dear was on my case for me getting on the beers mid week.
Brilliant!

Part of the process, you need your hopes slammed, patience needs to kick in, then that evil grin followed by that smile.

If this was a challenge you made easy for you, congratulations! We'll see you progress fast and sort your problems quickly.

This is a fun game, mycelium works fast and keeps you busy, addicting hobby. My sincerest regards goes out to the colds ones sitting on the shelf at your beer store, they're screaming!

*edit*
Fun note, the lads and I tell our wives we're at the office. Checks out right!?
