Considering the price of verm, flour and water, I'd just start over and do it right!

yeah that's what I would do too max...what I would do if I was you is use a syringe when making up substrate and use like 45 to 50 cc's of water. (take a 10cc syringe and fill & dispense 4 1/2 to 5 x's>
