Getting really concerned here! HELP

I have a mycobag that's been in a fruiting chamber, (for humidity purposes) for 2 weeks now and it has not showed any pins or primordia yet. Temp is at 74 and it's real nice and humid. Cake is white, no contams or anything like that.

Why isn't this cake doing anything yet?

Should I cold shock it again?

Please help me out, Im stumped on what to do next.

First things first, I need more info on the grow its self and the time line of this bag. There could be many things wrong or you just havent waited long enough.

It's either EQ or Golden Teacher.

Didn't mark the bag when I inoculated. I incubated it at 86 untill full colonization, took about 3 weeks, then I put the bag in the fridge for 5 hrs or so to give it a cold shock.

Now it's been in a clear rubbermaid container with a inch of perlite

It's been at 74 degress for two weeks now and nothing. I do work the bag back and forth to get rid of the air inside and have fresh air come in.

Let me know if you need anymore info.

My suggestion would be take it out of the bag. Look at it if its shrunken and hard it should be dunked. Then you can do 2 things. Leave as is and dunk it and fruit it as a cake, or crumble the sucker up and case it. Use a simple casing tek that uses verm. http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/7971

There is a moister in the bag. Cake isn't hard it's spongie and semi-soft.

Should I cold shock it

That sounds good, I still think you should dunk/cold shock and place it out of the bag if you already have a fruiting chamber set up.
