about an hour of picking. about $300 worth of mushrooms.

they can often be sold to markets [multi-ethnic groceries, natural foods markets] and they sell well when dried on e-bay. you just have to be sure of the laws and regulations regaurding the selling of mushrooms in your area and the area of the purchaser, as it may require a bussiness liscence or permit of some kind. i'm unsure.

who the hell are you marketing to in Nova Scotia? I've seen your submitted pics (if I remember correctly) of your locale and it's looking rural. Some nice eat- spots? I've only been able to get ONE resteraunt interested in mine. That's a great haul. Good Job. :rockon:
