Paint Shop Pro 8, full version $99.99 (retail) and you should be able to find a $30 mail in rebate at Best Buy. It also comes with animation software.

The difference between PSP8 and Photoshop isnt much, and photoshop is $550 more. I find its nice to have both, but I almost always use PSP, quicker, easier, and just about as many features.

I use both photoshop and paint shop pro. If you are a beginner, stick with something like Paint Shop Pro. Easy and powerful!

Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro are almost exactly the same, I dont find one easier to use then the other. Paint Shop Pro is just quicker, cheaper, and has almost every single feature that photoshop does. and, $550 cheaper

First download ares here http://www.aresgalaxy.org/download.html I use the ares lite edition. Then search for paint shop pro 8 or photoshop whatever. You should look for somthing that says it has the crack or serial with it.
There you go a free image editing software. Sorry if it offends anybody that I pirate every piece of software I own.

Photoshop is WELL worth the money if you know how to use all the features. Never tried PSP, but damn... if it's cheaper and just as good, get it.

Photoshop 7.0 is pretty good. I've liked it more than previous versions, and it's pretty easy to find online. free. illegally. copyright infringement. piracy. death.
