mycelium stopped or slowed down

hello,
i have 5 jars colonized nearly %70 or something they are popcorn jars they came to this position in 11 days, that took time cuz they were on 21-24 degrees i mean cantigrad(did i write it right)
so it is not the normal heat for the.now if i take them to hotter conditions will it work well cuz when i do that, water bubbles appear in jars, and looks like mycelium got damaged.
or is it normal to slow down at that stage(%70)
thanx

So they were in cooler temperatures than required for normal incubation. If you increase the temperatures water bubbles form? Huh?
Your stalling problem may be the related to this damage. If they stalled before you moved them to warmer temperatures then it is either a problem with air exchange or water content. Your mention of "water bubbles" makes me think your water content may be too high. Either a too wet or too dry substrate will cause stalling problems, particularly too dry. Excessively wet substrates will have water "squeezed out" of the kernels as the mycelium colonizes, affecting colonization by compounding the problem further (and will stall)...

a warmer temperature usually makes my jars 'sweat' a little too. not a big problem for me though.
what do they look like right now?

Shake them. Hopefully they have air exchange. Place them in correct incubation temperatures. Shaking them will disperse the water pooling granted it has actually built up to that extent. If it is minor "sweating" or condensation, then give them time. Watch for discolorations particularly where there is excess moisture...
