For those who didn't read my earlier post: Started out with 12 jars, lost two to contam. did one cake style just so I could see what that was like so I know which I prefer, cake or casing....DEFINITELY CASING. Soooo... Nine 1/2 pint jars of BRF substrate cased in peat moss/verm.

I used the sporechicks kit so I don't really have a tek to point you too...You could go to their website check out their kit and everything. They even have their instructions posted on the site as well.
