I remember you mentioning that you took off the tape along the sides. Looks like it would be better to leave it on so all those little guys would pop right out the top instead of getting mushed up "invetro" style. Just a thought.

DB == Deception Brokers compost kit its a kit with a syringe, a bunch of shit, and a box that you can order for an outrageous sum. Your best bet is to post a question about it in the spore vendor forum http://www.shroomery.org/forums/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=Vendor And you will be promptly deluged with propaganda.

Ryche, I have noticed that the fruits out grew the size of my little dessicator chamber overnight... Not a big problem though, I have another pre-drying box with a 4" x 4" CPU fan running over a metal screen, will this be sufficient to dry the fruits before they make it to dessicant? Do you notice considerably longer drying times with shrooms this large? Thanks

Thanks McMan, I was reading a post in the Spore vendors forum, where you were talking about the possibilities of growing DB compost out in one of your cultivators. Let me tell you, this would have to be good results. Put it this way: I barely ever visit my DB kit, it sits in a small area with ZERO fresh airflow and these things are growing INCREDIBLE! Given the conditions you can provide with your cultivator, I think your results would be spectacular! Are you up for it?

Well Thor, I was going to wait until first flush completed, but since you requested I'd be glad to post another pic. About 11 a.m. look out, I will have another one posted on this thread!

HolyDiver and McMan, CPU fan drying setup sounds pretty good. I am also very interested in integrating a CPU or power supply fan into my terrarium for some nice gas exchange. My question is what is your power setup for the fan? What are you connecting the 4-pin plug that goes from a CPU fan to the power supply connection to?

I could be wrong, but I think HolyDriver had the sides blacked out before, but he took off the tape because of some advice that Ryche gave him.
