Deodorant?? Wow the aluminum oxide must stick to the mix of metals they use to make cds. Sweet, see, chemically deodorant possibly makes a little sense but I couldnt find anything in the ingredients to dish soap that made sense to me.. Thats why I never tried that.

Oh and I am burning this cd, its actually a friend's I'm gonna burn for me, but he doesnt take car of his shit and it skips real bad after about 35 minutes for the rest of the cd....So I want to clean it up he said I could. Mixologists  :cool:one of those mixes for me that has sentimental values like this one night.....  :grin:ya know. :sun:

aluminum zirconium, my bad, I thought that didnt sound correct.

By the way, recent studies have shown that constant exposure to aluminum is bad for you, it can give you alzheimers. I hate when people smoke out of foil. I try to avoid aluminum as far as cooking when I can, but I've noticed there's absolutely no alternative to aluminum zirconium in anti-perspirant deodorants. I havent found one yet.

On the good note, one huge aluminum zirconium lab nearby where I live that employs a lot of people.

No labourer jobs (they're full benefits, and people keep them for a long time cause its easy...). They seem to always be hiring chemists though, I have to finish school, long road ahead. :smirk:

The chemists there make like $45 a hour I hear..

cleaning a cd wont get the scratches out..
what you need my man is a "Skip Doctor" or some cheap knockoff thereof..
it is basically the "CD rebuffering" thing but you don't pay a buck per CD..
What it does is basically lightly sands a layer of plastic off the cd.. resurfacing it, so everything is more even and only the deepest of scratches will stay. I've had CDs that were beyond dead.. you couldn't get one second of one song to play there was so many scratches.. run it through that thing and they work good as new. Brought tons of my old cds back to life.. well worth the $25 or whatever it was. One little sanding wheel last for about 15-20 cds then you have to replace it, like $4 or something. anyway, it's worth the investment if you have a lot of CDs and lots of scratched ones.

yea, the 'skip dr' or 'game dr' 'dvd dr' 'cd dr' 'whatevertheywanttocallit dr' are all the same, and work all to hell.... they have electric one's too, but i would stick to the manual one.... the wheel does die too, but after taht, you just have to run it thru 2-3 times untilll you cant use it no more.... totaly awesome.
