my grow box with humidified air injection

OK this is my grow box.Its a tub in tub with a water heater in the bottom to maintain temps. It has a filter and pc fan on top to exhuast air from the tub.The small tank you see on top with books on it is the perlite chamber with water in it.Air from an aquirium pump flows threw the perlite chamber and picks up humidity and blows on into the chamber. These pics posted are a bit old,ive modified the grow box since then by adding perlite to the main chamber (didnt need to but it provided even more humidity).ive also painted the sides of the chamber black to block side light from entering.

Well what exactly is your question?
Just looking at it, and reading.... Are you sure you have enough air circulation? Don't let Co2 built up in that thing. What's the RH level at in there? Cakes I am assuming, but if it's casing then let me know.
Thing I don't get is, why do you need a tub in tub with a heater for a grow box. If anything, temps need to be around 75-80, so room temp works great. The only reason you need that tub in tub with a heater is for an incubation chamber. After you PC jars, and shoot them up, you put them in the incubator and wait for the mycelium to colonize. After it has, then you put it in the grow box.
Maybe I am just confused by the description.

well the fan does exhuast the humidity, but its constantly coming in aswell. the fan only runs about three times a day.the humidity pump runs constantly pumping humid air into the box.Havent had any electrical problems with the fan/humidity thus far.The fan sucks all air and humidity out of the box im assuming co2 is pulled out as well.

you could use a timer to turn the fan on and off.you could have it run for a few minutes in the morning a few at noon and a few in the evening or whatever.this isnt the best grow method outthere, but it isnt the worst either.i just wanted to show people how i humidified my chamber, and it works great for that purpose.Putting the fan on the outside would probably be a better idea.the main reason ive got it inside is becuase i get more air movement inside the chamber.ive noticed also that as the fan pulls air out it also pulls more air in through the humidity injection which would also pull in more humidity.a green house shelf setup would be better i think with ultrasonic humidifier and a coolmist humidifier both working together.this method is more of a stealth grow.what youre not seeing in this old pic ive posted is that the grow box sits inside another rubber made box with led that is green and ordinary looking.a florescent light sits inside to provide light.
