trouble getting proxy on alternate browser
    #2925258 - 07/25/04 04:26 AM (13 years, 10 months ago)

OK so here's my problem. I use a proxy that comes on and off at the click of a button on the toolbar in IE. Now that I have Mozilla, Im spoiled and dont want to go back to IE. I also want to use my anonymous toolbar in Mozilla, or in Mozilla alone would be fine. So I need help getting this program on the toolbar in Mozilla. Any help would be appreciated.

I think it's Firefox that I'm using. I downloaded it from a link from a thread in this forum. I'm not really familiar with the program, but I hate IE and people are constantly saying how you should steer away from it. So, I just want to but my proxy over to Mozilla now.

the toolbar that you use in IE will probably not work with any other browser but IE - it is some proprietary program, no? Mozilla and Firefox are opensource. Go to the link I provided and download that extension - it will manage your proxies quite well.
