Egos alike

Im wondering, lately Ive noticed people who look similar may actually act similar in many ways. Is this because their egos naturally develop the same way? Or may it be because its somehow genetically related? Or am I out of my mind?

The latter, because I know that for a fact.

Edit:

Serious answer now. I thought about this and decided that this was the most terse response:

People who look the way they do because of a decision that they made to look that way. Therefore, people who look alike do think alike because there must be some similarity in their decision to appear the way they do.

I dont think he was talking about peoples' fashion sense. I think hhe meant their physical body, in which you have very little choice in how you appear.

Your personality is shaped from within and without. People who look a certain way tend to be treated a certain way by other people. For example, a chubby guy is supposed to be jolly and is expected and encouraged to be a funny person, ugly people are neurotic or evil, etc.

After time the person tends to become what people think they are based upon their apperance. So yes, people who look similar tend to have similar personalities.
