Great suggestions IF the cake is dried.

I suggest dropping the temp to 70 and leave it at that temp.

I would have to agree with captainmax...drop that temp to around 70-72 and they should start pinning. I wouldn't dunk them and then case them, shrooms will bloat from too much water.

Plus, that would guarantee contam's, the combination...

Hey, what I would say is use a nice moist layer of perlite for the bottom layer of the casing, this should rehydrate the substrate pretty good.....
