I'm pretty sure you have to use a bonding agent in conjunction with the cid to make it bond to the blotter paper...

If your source isn't certain as to how many hits per drop, you gotta just test it yourself and make the best educated guess you can (if you're not very experienced with lsd, maybe get a more experienced friend?) In dreams, I've had maybe 6 vials of liquid from three different sources. Each time, the potency of one drop varied quite a bit (as much as 5-6 hits per drop, to a weak one hit). Or you can just play it safe, put half a drop per sweet tart (or whatever) and just deal with the bitching if it's weak.

There is a difference in knowing the path and walking the path
