well invitro is where you grow the shrooms in a jar, but you never take them out of the jar, you just take out of top layer of verm, knock the cake down and turn it so its sitting on the lid, and the shrooms will grow in the jar.

Invitro is something every new grower should do...Invitro looks so cool also and make the perfect x-mas presents

I find growing invitro mushies are somewhat tastyer.
Just take your jars of BRF cakes out of the dark(90% colinized) and put them in your fruiting chamber. Than wait and wait and wait.

Why would you put them in a fruiting chamber? They are allready in their own fruiting chamber...Also if doing an invitro why would you even need to have them in darkness at all? I have allways just put mine on top of my `Fridge after innoculation and just let em do their thing

I leave mine in total darkness until 90%. Then I put them in the fruiting cahmber. I've found that the extra humidity and the low temps make for better flushes.
