Thanks 4 the quick response.

They have been in for 5 days (one cake was dunked and soaked for 6 hours in water/h202 before being put in)!

And I have been fan them with fresh air once a day!

Do you think pinning should occur soon?

Okay that sounds exactly like what I am seeing

Do I just use Neglect Tek now?

Or do I need to put another casing layer upon the current one?

you need to fan at least twice aday, what strain are you using? some take longer than others to fruit.

you dunked in hydrogen peroxide?
that could be your problem, as it "burns" organic material.. mycelium can break it down with an enzyme, but dunking it may have been too much..

uh oh, they don't do vary good as in a cake. so time will be consuming. next time case them in a pan.

Ok, since you dunked em..... he is a pic of an 'after dunk' cake.... this and every other cake I have dunked never fruited btw, have tried the dunk many times..... yeilded nothing :)

does your cake/s look like this? (the tops)

Yes..not quite as extreme but there is bumps of fuzzy mycelium mostly protruding from the sides near the bottom!

Wrong move to dunk huh?
