Why the push to outlaw spores in idaho?
    #2915980 - 07/22/04 02:41 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

Does any body know? Was it in response to something specific? Was there a big mushroom problem in idaho or what? It just seems weird that it's not a big enouph problem for most states to address, but in idaho it is.

Because drugs are bad, mmmkay.

To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.'  Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence.  Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains.  Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.

If Ralphster's success is the cause then thats unfortunate. A whole state lost their spore ownership privileges so that a guy can make money off of it. Yeah, I know that it is really the politicians's that are to blame and not Ralphster. It should be legal.

I hope the same thing doesn't happen in other states where there are big vendors, like Oregon where Ralphster moved to. Is the over commercialization of spores going to get them banned everywhere? Well, US at least.
