stem and cap question

hey everyone i'm a lil bit of a new newbie here so i'll try to be clear with my problem. my stems which used to be all white just turned into blue after being pulled which i assume is bruising. my next question: is it normal to be able to rub off the brown that is on the cap, and the cap should be smooth and moist if fresh right? THANK YA!!!

I'm not sure i understand you're question, are you referring to the cap itself or the hygrophanous pellicle (gelatinous) on the cap ?

the top of the cap, has a blackish-brown coating it comes off rather easily, is that ok?

if it's purpleish its spores. it will usually look like streaks on top of the cap. under the cap will be coated with purpleish black also if this is the case.
