Does B+ Colonize Slower than Ecuador, and Amazonian?

some dude innoculated a few jars of Ec, Ama, and B+ on july 15th and noticed that the Ecuadorian and Amazonian are showing signs of colonization, but not the b+, I dunno, is this strain late enough to worry yet? I think the syringe we bought may be old, or maybe the cakes dried out?! I dunno, Tinfoil is still in between the flat cover and the part of the lid that screws on... Is that how they should sit for colonization, or should i let air get to em by uncovering the holes, or loosening the jar

a week without germination is nothing to worry about. it could just be the syringes you obtained could have more spores in them or you could have innoculated more cc's in the other jars. this would explain the faster colonization. Just keep your jars at a steady 86 in the innubator and as long as you were sterile with your procedures there shouldnt be any problems. good luck to ya on the grow

Ive seen b+ go a little slow..probably best to use mycelial culture for that strain.
