If you come up positive for a drug test can they even take any legal action upon you? If your not on it, and don't have any on you, what can they do?

nothing, unless it is a court provision or part of a judgment I would assume.

I failed a drug test for a job, and all that happens is they give you the number of the doctor to call(if this happens, you have failed), and he throws out all these crazy figures.

BTW, the second hand smoke defense doesn't work!! Apparently, they do controlled tests sticking people in closets having MJ smoke pumped in, and the blood levels never get high enough for false positive.

And how the hell do I sign up for these experiments?!?
