So how moist am i lookin at makin my casing? good and moist since the cakes are dry? or slightly? If i give em a couple mists will that do the trick?

the mycelia feeds on moisture so if the whole cake is dry and colonized, that means that the mycelia have colonized all the moisture also...remember that moisture is water
