As long as you have the proper hydration now it should be fine.

*Edit*
Just noticed you said you were growing pans. Did you add anything to your coir?

Just boil some more water and add as much as you think you need. You can always squeeze it out if you accidentally add a bit too much

I always put nitrile gloves on and go through the coir to break up any chunks afterwards. Even with the proper amount of water added theres always some chunks afterwards. You can break it up to dust beforehand but the stuff gets airborn and makes a mess and its just too much effort.

Something I’ve been doing the last year or so that helps a bunch is breaking the coir brick up into small pieces before adding the water.

Then a few minuets after I put the water in I flip the bucket on its lid and leave it like that for a while. Just be sure you have a tight fitting lid and burp the air before you try this or it can make a mess.

RogerRabbit has video, he still on here?  Or, dip out for sake of wave surfing this web now on...

Whatever.

Video shows him taking handful of CocoCoir that has been soaked and squeezing in hand to show the very little droplets that fall from hand as that correct moisture content.  And, that is.  The fruiting does vary to that of how you do FreeAirExchange, FAE.  Rooms to fruit in have there own environment that will give factors to that FAE, though, very much the same.  Seen better yield to tosing those cakes outside and letting the grass of area create the environment seen to give optimal fruiting conditions.

Not only that, the outdoor grown and outdoor dried in Sol Light will give those fruit bodies such a well tasting experience.

Take guess why?  Or ask.  I review posts to see if any communication there to continue on the thread.

Honestly, you could just boil more water and restart the 90-minute pasteurization. It won't hurt anything at all. If after you boil the water and realize that it is still too dry, do the same thing again. If you realize it is too wet, add more vermiculite and then let it complete the pasteurization. Remember, if even after you pasteurize and think it has too little moisture and isn't at field capacity, you can always give it a nice spray when you are spawning your grain to the coir/verm.
