I was wondering what the best and cheapest place the buy HPS lights online is.

i've heard http://www. insidesun.com , some of there HPS's are < $110, but you may want the bulb upgrade

inside sun isn't that great. at least their cheapest lights aren't all that good quality. i recommend ebay. got a 600w diamond hps off there for 200 bucks and it was a sick light.

Try ebay, home depot or the like or 1000bulbs.com you can buy the parts and put it together cheap.

I got the inside sun 400w for 125 shipped, it was refurbished with a mildly scratched up reflector and ballast but it works flawlessly.
