ive gathered these certiain types of wood that everybody says azures, bohemicas, and cyanecens have fruiited on---

alder, aspen. hazlenut, pinecones, and spruce....

im sure i can find all of these but i dont want to use all of them does it matter which oness i use? or is alder & aspen good enough to fruit these species?

this species is native here in northern austria....potency is a lil lower than azures...spawn can be made from different hardwoods...shredded pinecones also work fine...outdoors you can make beds with beauty-bark, mix in the fully colonized jar and wait til autummn....thats how i do it

thanks for all the info. i am trying to grow indoors so i think imm only going to use two kinds of wood...alder chips and shredded pinecones...should i sterilize the pinecones in jars before spawning them?

preboil the pinecones until the resin has evaporated(1-2 hours)...then filter an fill in jars and sterilize regulary....inoculate from liquid or agar culture ........
