I don't believe that medicalseeds.com is a sponsor of this site, so if I am unable, or discouraged from making a complaint against a non-shroomery.org sponsor, then someone please make me aware of this and I will change, adapt and overcome. Thanks.
I placed an order with medicalseeds.org for their "Enterprise Growing Kit" to the tune of $149.00 plus S&H. I was told on the site that it could take as many of five weeks for the product to arrive, and to wait that long before contacting the company as to why the product had not arrived. I ordered the kit on April 29th, recieved a little instruction manual on how to use the kit about two weeks or so later, and that was all that I ever saw of my order. About six weeks after I ordered, I contacted them to ask them why I had not recieved it. All I could get out of them, is "it is in U.S. mail". And that is all. A couple of weeks later I asked them the same thing, this time asking a lot of very simple questions such as "do you have a tracking number", "do the kits ever get confiscated at the border" (they are a Canadian Company), etc. All I got back was "it is in U.S. mail". So a couple of weeks later I asked again, and this time got no response from them at all. I waited about another week, and then told them I wanted some answers or else I would begin to post negatively against them on the internet at every big shroom related site I could find at the end of three days. I have waited five days with no response, so I am begining this process.
So in a word, avoid buying any products from medicalseeds.com. Maybe others have had success buying from them, and if so then more power to you. My history with them has been nothing but monumentally pathetic. I am a rellay low key, good natured fellow who is pretty mellow and almost never complains against vendors. All they had to do was communicate with me and say almost anything that had some pointed answers, but they didn't even try this. They basically gave me a great big e-finger. So there you go. This is the beginning of this process of seeking to dissuade others from getting ripped off from this outfit. Ciao and take it easy.

i had a friend once who advertised 'solar powered clothes dryers' for $149.95 in a magazine... people who sent him money got back a clothespin and a length of rope.
Postal service cops came to his door about 3 weeks after he started the scam, and told him he had to give everyone back their money or he'd be charged with mail fraud, one count for each person scammed... luckily he had the money to pay it back, or he'd have done hard time over it... he never did get charged with anything, and all the people got their money back... but seeing that happen to him taught me never to rip anyone off using the us mail, those cops are like bloodhounds and they go after scammers with surprising tenacity...
so i wouldn't worry much about your scamster, someone who got burned by him will probably get mad enough to make a report with the postal service...
You might want to go over to overgrow.com and tell your story, there's a lot of pot people over there who can probably help you more than this place can
