It's more than common, not only at the bottem of the stem but up to the hood. Also green spots are showing!!!
No cakes, just casings!!

Okay thanks, I think I'm gonna inject some substrate in some casings who are running out of nutritions and see if I can generate some more flushes!

You should try that whole milk dunking tek. After 5-6 flushes, you might as well give it a shot to see how it actually works.

Green mold will attack shrooms, especially if the air is too humid, and its an old casing. The casing gets acidic with age as it loads up on mycelial waste products. When the PH drops below about 6.5 the mold can really take off. For casings you want about 90%-95% RH, a bit drier than for cakes. Mycelia growing up the stems is a sure sign of excess humidity. What is the temp in your chamber? if its too warm the mycelia will want to continue growing rather than pin and fruit. air temp should be about 75 deg F for fruiting.
If you want to try and save the casing for further "use", you'll need to carve out any green bits and plaster the area with a thin layer of baking soda, this will make it very basic and inhibit mold growth...which wants an acidic environment. Whenever my pet snail "dunks" old casings or cakes, he adds a bit of powdered lime to restore the PH balance.
