Hello everyone.
I had quite a bit of experience inoculating spawn bags from spore syringe I was doing myself a few years ago. At the end, I could do it eyes closed. After a few years of break, I'm back doing it again but struggle to find a source of clean spore prints again. The ones I find seam dirty so I decided to purify them with agar after 3 fails inoculating grain spawns.
My first plate is growing lot of trichoderma (red circle) as I was expecting it as my spore print is full of it. but I was wondering if the white expanding things growing on the plate (green circle) was mycelium. doesn't look like it, but maybe some strain look like it on agar, so I had to ask.
Here is the picture of my try.

Plus, how can you isolate mycelium from the trichoderma when the trichoderma is growing faster than the spores.
I inoculated the spores straight to agar using an SAB and the procedure looks clean as my uninoculated petri dishes stayed clean for more than 2 weeks. My strain is cubensis ecuador.
Thank you all for your answers.
see you soon

It's bacteria and penicillin mold. Trash it.

Ok, thank-you.
So I just have to do multiple trials until one petri dish lets appear a tiny bit of mycelium before I isolate further ?

Yes. It is a number's game, inoculate a few plates with spores (5 or more ), then proceef from there, once the spores germinate. Also : on my side of reality, anything that germinates in less than 3-4 days is contamination, so you might want to keep that in mind.
usually it takes 7-10 days for me to start seeing good micellium growing after spore inoculation.
