In 2nd week of fruiting, does this look normal?

Thanks for the input, I took the pic right after misting, I am going to back off misting so much.  I’ve heard PE takes time to pin?

So it’s been 16 days since 100% colonized with substrate. I did crack the lid and did not mist.  Temp is 73 and rh is about 93% inside shoebox.  I just don’t see any signs of knots, primordial or anything.  I am questioning whether it’s overlay.  Need input
Pic was taken this morning and would be day 17.

Another couple days and no change, is it too late to case or pseudo case with coco coir?

PE takes long sometimes. i would do i light misting until i see tiny droplets on the surface, give more fae, let the droplets evaporate and do the same thing again, to initiate pinning. by this foto, i cant tell if its to wet or not, but on the right side it looks like the substrate shrank and doesnt stick to the container wall anymore. for me a sign of drying out. but im not an expert.

Thank you, would a thin casing layer benefit me?

i think a casing or a top layer at this point would delay pinnig further. patient and good evaporation while maintaining the substrate moist is key. but sometimes some tubs wont fruit. so its best to run a couple more tubs, in case some of them doesnt want to produce ruits, get contaminated etc etc.

Just leave it the hell alone and be patient, PE can take a month to pin, stop messing with it, stop misting unless it looks dry just LITFA.
All you have to do is nothing.
