Thanks for your time guy's. I will be back out later. There is nothing but cow fields, and woods here. Though I have had a hard time finding certin families of mushrooms. I had a thought that was crazy: "Maybe the goats were eating them all!" lol
mmm. Yeah definately Panaeolus antillarum and Chlorophyllum molybdites like the other guys already said.
There are Psilocybe cubensis fruiting right now (im sure) in n. alabama right now.. but the thing is is that they won't be in Horse pastures, 'gotta go to a cow pasture for them, for the most part.
If horse pastures are your safest option then look in the stables where there is a mixture of horse dung and stable shavings, cubes grow good in there, otherwise you wont find any actives just fruiting in a horse pasture fruiting from horse dung in the field; check out the stables with stable shavings,
