I personally own the PalmScale and I love it.

But it seems like you are looking for a Good Cheap scale. I think both would be good for what you need them for, but I would pick the 120-Z. Its made by myweigh and they are a reputable company.

I would check out E-bay for maybe buying them. thats where I got mine. I found the 120-Z on there for a Buy It Now price of 16.95 with $6 shipping for a total of 22.95, where as on the site you linked to, it was 29.85 total.

Good Luck.

I picked up a 120-z from a local headshop a few years back and it still works great. It's great for measuring out quarter ounces of stuff (Like the amount of spices to put in my food ) but make sure it fits the precesion you need (which is why I'm about to upgrade).

I've had it rolling around in the trunk of my car for weeks, sat on it for a while, thought I broke it when I slammed my backpack down once with it in there, but I just screwed up it's calibration... which is easy to fix.

personally if I were to buy a scale along those lines today, I would get the Pointscale 5.0 - 150, from what I've heard it's a great scale.

i paid 120$ for my plamscale and 70$ for my point scale the point scale is better unless you can find the big tray that the plam scale has other wise it will be a pain to weigh shit as the suface is lower than the hinge and shit gets all over and its hard to clean i would try and bye online but if you have extra money to get what will last get ohaus hands down the best scale any man or woman or machine has ever made

I paid 45 or so for it when I got it, I wish I had looked online first, because I found it online a couple days after I bought it. That would have saved me a few bucks.
