Question on stalling a monotub in a fridge

Hello,
I have a tub of golden teachers that is about 2 weeks into its first fruiting.
I harvested a large growth over the weekend, and since then it has started growing 5 or 6 much thicker, and larger fruits.. slower, but they are much bigger.
I have to go out of town on an emergency tomorrow for a week. My tub has about 4 or 5 brand-new thick pins this AM that are about an inch or two big.
My question on stalling this growth in the fridge. Just i pick absolutely everything? aborts, pins, etc, and then stall?
or would everything be ok in the fridge as is?
Also what temp is ideal for the fridge. Mine is set to 40f, which is 4.5c.
I also assume i leave the lid of the monotub on in the fridge with the filters to keep the moisture in?
Thanks for any advice!

Just harvest whats there before you leave and don't worry about putting it in the fridge. You may have a couple fruits ready when you get back but since output drops off significantly after the first flush there's not really much to lose by letting it go. The cold (and drying that the fridge does to anything in it) will likely do more harm.

Just guessing here, but we need the posts đ
I like your idea to strip the mat. When youâre gone, it will be true neglect-tek and you get to come home to a hopefully-awesome surprise. And, since this is a bonus flush, thereâs really no downside
The fridge route for mushrooms â doesnât feel like that would be a success. Mushrooms in the fridge for more than a day are ick

Thanks guys, i was thinking about dunking it for the 2nd flush before i leave - but i think that will speed up growth too fast and if it does I'm screwed.
I will pick everything and turn my AC down to like 69, and hope it holds over for the week i am away.

It'll take at least 3-5 days for any new pins to mature so as long as theres nothing already pinning when you leave you should be fine to dunk it so it's nearly ready to go when you get back.
If you're using a SGFC with PFtek cakes tape up the majority of the holes before you leave so it doesn't dry out while unattended. Any dialed monotub/ezdial should be fine with the default FAE that the tub provides. Unmodified tubs might need the FAE restricted a bit depending on how they maintain moisture levels.
