I'm running those made with poo tea for pans. Ended up putting casing in a bunch of them to see of they'll fruit!
I'll post results in a week or two. They're bisporus so I expect they'll be slow but I have some regular trays spawned around the same time so should have a time frame on if it worked with poo tea or not.

Really interested in the poo tea pucks for pans. I will be following in your footsteps on that soon.

This is badass. I want to try this on some stubborn prints I have with the poo tea. Have you been able to get any cyans to fruit right from the jar? I'm happy with just getting a culture, but would be nice.

Yes, I got a Pan Cyan Kona, Hi and and Pan Cyan Bunnell to pin on pucks. Both were from clone material from full ms grows. Only one pin of each out of many jars, so I am hoping the poo tea is the trick to get more reliable pins from pans. Tree Frog is the one that put me on to that twist.

Im pasteurizing some horse manure. Usually temps get up to 160F. For whatever reason, this run the jars are maxing out at around 145F. I plan on holding it for a few hours. Will I be good?

Yeah, proper pasteurization temperature for horse poos actually between 140 and 150. The 155-165 range is for peat and straw.
If you're worried about it you can always add an extra half an hour or an hour onto your time. That's usually the issue with manure is not penetrating the load fully because you have clumps in it. At least what I've gathered from reading other people's issues I usually just sterilize the shit.

I stole the idea from stipe, who got the idea from baba's manure inoculant.
I half-assed my manure tea some, if these don't pin I'm going to try again but use a hot water extraction on the manure. Probably just a double boiler in a half gallon jar that I can easily strain with one of those sprout wide mouth jar screens.

Not my greatest bisporus run, but excited to have had them happy at the new spot! And I just love watching the dark caps grow Next tray will be fire on these, but hoping for a solid dozen prints or so from this run to continue.

Those are looking good. Not sure if I just need to dial in my martha better or if the bulk mix I used wasn't cutting it, but I got about 3 or 4 little fruits off 1 of my bisporus tubs and it's given up. No fruits for a week now. None of the other tubs have popped anything yet either.
I'm gonna whip up a new batch of bulk and use straw pellets instead of straight off the bale. Also going to mix in some compost. I'm really hopefull that will give this bisporus that boost it needs, since it seems to really like decaying plant matter from what I've read.
Then knock some poo jars with my clone culture, taken from my couple fruits, and hope for the best.

Thanks! Worth noting Fungal, these took me 22 days to pin. I run them in a high wall 15qt tub with the lid flipped and in the tent running higher than pan cyan humidity levels. They always fry on me if I run my standard pan cyan tent params.
