Here are some pictures from my first proper grow(got lucky injecting MSS into grain). Woke up to some pins this morning. I cleaned up spores from a syringe on agar. Inoculated wheat jars on 4/5, STB on 4/26. Excited to keep learning and growing in this hobby! Thanks to all for your help!

So excited to be back up and running. Staying with family for a few months and My grandmother came in last night and asked about my mushrooms and how they were doing. This is what I showed her. She is really excited to see them grow.
TTBVI Master Jar that is ready for G2G
 Semperviva Premix Jar.

Here's a few

Mislabeled jack frosts sent to bulk (not sure if vendor mistake or mine. And not sure the fuck I have on my nat plates but it's not pinning). Turned out to be what I believe to be nats but the pheno looks cool so I don't mind

Not to mention the chances that the culture he has just doesn't even grow on it.
Also remove the gloves and you might have a decent work space. But flexible is bad like he said, the least movement on a wall of the SAB will fuck your work up
Appreciate it - gloves are removed , canβt wait for flow hood to arrive Funny I can be patient for fungi but I will stand at the mail box pacing until mail arrives
Got this lizard strain from a buddy, I will post pics of his tubs he is growing on wood chips and has amazing full flushes in a 56 qt mono tub.
I got jars almost ready and gonna try 3 different substrates see what it likes best . Thinking 1 wood , 2 vgc, 3 a coir dung mix.
Harvest was fun today

This was a 1:3 ratio in a 6Q shoebox. This is a clone, but the multispore did pretty good too! These were a bit thicker.

Milkboy's gummy thread doesn't accept comments for me, so a quick question please?
I know how to take heat out and just use fan for a dehydrator, regarding shelf stable recipe, but can I just air dry them in the fridge and how many days? do I keep them in the molds when if I do in fridge and after they dry I can just keep in bag not in fridge/freezer?

I am going to leave a response from DERRAYLD in my gummy thread that seems applicable.

As long as you have the correct water content and you take the sugar to the correct temperature then moisture becomes way less of an issue.
In general I leave my gummies open in the fridge on wax paper for a day then coat with carnuba and massage the fuck out of them to fully coat, pat dry with a fish towel to remove any excess oil and they're ready to go into a large ziplock to cure for a few days in the fridge; it's not really necessary but I find it just sets the wax super well.
My current longevity tests with potassium sorbate and carnuba coated is at 1 month in the foil ziplocks with zero change in appearance.

They're fairly temperature stable as well now, well up to a point of course but the foil packs help.

So I take them out of the molds and let dry in fridge on parchment paper!?
And if I don't add carnuba, how long you in the fridge perhaps?
Thanks,

Sorry, the reason that I quoted big D is because I have not done it that way but trust his expertise.
I use the the heat disabled dehydrator, myself, and haven't tried the fridge method yet. But at a guess, I would say you could ignore the carnauba wax part and let them dry on parchment paper in the fridge for 24 hours. Then check them to see if they are dry enough or still sticky. If sticky, you can also roll them in a small amount of corn starch. That doesn't affect the flavor. Or sometimes I have used confectioners sugar with a bit of citric acid for a sour gummy coating.

Thanks, I ordered a high amp switch to de-heat my dehydrator with a simple switch, if that doesn't work I'll try your idea of 24hr on parchment paper in fridge...
