When will these f'ing jars be ready for bulk?

I'm probably just being impatient, but I inoculated a bunch of pint jars from agar on 4/10. I check on them every few days and at first glance they look fully colonized, but then I shake the shit out of them and see a bunch of uninoculated grain.
Do I need to wait for all the grain to be completely covered with myc before I go to fruiting?? Is it possible I'm shaking it too much? I shake every couple days. The strain is Brazil and the grain is rye. Without knowing more than that, is it taking longer than would be expected for these pint jars to become fully colonized?
I don't think I let the rye dry quite enough. The dark specks are coffee grounds. I think the myc looks healthy though?
This is the same jar, before and after a shake.

Just spawn it. When you shake you shred the mycelium off the surface of the grain so it looks uncolonized. You see the uncolonized spots as your myc recovers normally, you have non-uniform growth and spots that stay barren
And also yeah something looks a bit funky in there but not sure what

Thanks, I thought something like that might be happening with the shake but wasn’t sure.
This is my first ever attempt. One reason I used pint jars was to kind of separate things out in case some jars but not others were contaminated. I will spawn my 10 pint jars to 2 separate tubs and see what happens - if these are F’d I have another batch of spawn 2 weeks behind.

Yes, you are shaking too often.
Shake at about 30% colonization to redistribute the mycelium more evenly throughout the jar.
Shake again at about 90% colonization as a diagnostic step. If the mycelium recovers from the 2nd shake, progress to bulk.
Also, no need to use coffee. Your grain has plenty of nutrients inside. No need to add nutrients outside. Just hydrate, sterilize, and inoculate.

You're definitely shaking too much. One normally let colonization to reach about one third of the jar before shaking. After that shake you don't shake again. Just let it fully colonize. Every time you shake, you disrupt the mycelium and it has to recover before it begins colonizing again.

Shit, I would have spawned it prior to that shake. But yeah man, those are certainly ready when they recover

I use about a 1" x 1" x 1" triangle of agar to quart jars and I expect them to be done by 3 weeks max

If recovery after a shake is a sign of good mycelium, I may have some superstar mycelium - I have been shaking the shit out of it for a couple weeks and it’s recovered each time.
