how does one keep humidity down in a fruiting chamber? it seems like if the lid is closed and the perlite humidification method is chosen that the humidity will always be 100% or very near 100%.

my humidity gauge is abotu 5-7% below accurate (tested with the damp salt method and even in my steamy bathroom). it usually reads 92-93% so i'm thinking that is almost 100% seeing as to how it is innacurate. casings with too high humidity in a chamber don't do so well is what i've heard.
