P. McKennaii -Beginner's luck or faulty testing

I harvested the first flush of a P. McKennaii grow kit and got about 135 g of mushrooms and blobs. They were quite ugly, tbh.
I dried them for 10 hours in a food drier, after having had them between sheets of kitchen paper for the night.
They were not too brittle but I picked a tiny one that looked dry as a bone to test the psylocibin concentration using the Psilo Q kit by Miraculix.
When I tried to grind it, it was still a little bit mushy in the stem.
I prolly fumbled every single step (I have a new whole appreciation for lab technicians now) but I got the result in the picture, 2.4%!
I'm drying again the mushrooms (after 10 hours they still weighed 20g) so the concentration will be even higher, I suppose?
Btw, I set the dryer at 95F, is it normal that is taking that long?

Set dehydrator to high(145f-165f) for 24 hours, cracker dry is the goal.

Won't that temperature destroy the psylocibin?
EDIT: I see that's addressrd in the hitchhiker's guide.
I was planning to vacuum seal individual doses (I'm thinking 1g should be around 35mg of psylocibin?). It should pirolong shelf life yes?

That would be really impressive, think you should make sure the product is super dry and retest!

Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container, throw in a desiccant pack and an oxygen absorber if you want. You can vacuum seal if you want, it just crushes the shrooms.

No, no, cloning is above my pay grade, atm.
I'm trying to get a spore print, to make a syringe and then some cakes.

Mushrooms in the second flush are much bigger. The largest one is 5.5 in tall! Those 5 I harvested weigh 65g.
I'm trying to get a spore print. I failed in the first flus (got almost no spores) maybe because the caps were only half an inch in diameter. Now they're almost 2in.
I guess I'll see tomorrow, but should I be able to get a decent print even if the veil has opened completely as yo see in the pics? Thanks.

The reason for your spore print failure could have been harvesting too soon you NEED the veil to open and the mushroom to mature fully.
If you have any fruits left on cake I'd suggest waiting until there's slight purpling at the stem and then harvesting for printing.

Thank you!so the strategy is to harvest the mushrooms just before the veil breaks, save for those you want to get a spore print from.

Most people do it like that. I see no reason to harvest that way and harvest after it breaks but before it releases spores. For spores it's needed to mature fully though.
Report back if you need any advice.

Just to let you know.
It was faulty testing (either user error or bad kit).
I took 1.4g, then after 30min, another gram, and after 30 min smother. Then another gram an hour+ later. Fasted, dark room and all that jazz..I got mild CEV for, say, 90 min and nice come down.
In two weeks, I'm trying 3g.

How much did you use in grams for the test?

.15g (150 mg) as per the instructions, but you're supposed to grind bits from several mushrooms, not use only one.
