Looks pretty wild!  Can't quite wrap my head around how it would all play out, but it could be... interesting! :tongue2:

Back to baked beef weens, per the kiddo's request last night. :smile2:

Featuring sweet n creamy Swedish senap mustard, melty and parmesan cheeses, ketchup, green onions and Brazilian malagueta pickled peppers for some heat.

Tots and greens on the side, natch!

All Costco all the time... Del Real pupusas from Costco (seared into melty cheese), Costco veggies and fruits (they really do carry the most consistently amazing avocados - and that's saying something from a buyer in Southern California where its not hard to find a decent avo), Costco rotisserie chicken (still one of the best loss leaders around at $5 for a huge plump juicy chicken that I couldn't find RAW at double the price, that also makes a load of delicious roasted chicken stock when done with the meat!).  The only non-Costco item pictured is that bowl of Peruvian beans in back, leftover from a fire Peruvian restaurant in Highland Park called Rosty (take note Angelinos, highly recommend!).

Treated the fam to a fancy pants Door Dash delivery last night...

Got some lumpia, spicy papaya salad, oxtail dumplings, fried garlic prawns, rendang carbonara, chicken wangs and pork lumpia.  Also got a ramen (not pictured).

Expensive as fuck, but at least it was damn tasty.  The prawns, lumpia and wings miraculously arrived still crispy!  Prawns were fried so well (with the bottom quarter of the shell and tail still on), you could eat the whole thing and it just crunched apart without any trouble or hard chew.

Restaurant food works for this thread.

Fried Cod fish sticks coated with masa harepa, gluten free flour, a little whey, adobo powder and smoked paprika, rice, onions and white wine and baby peas.
