Using one of these self-watering plant pots as a fruiting chamber?
    #28692370 - 03/09/24 07:13 AM (10 months, 3 days ago)

No clue what these things are called in English, but I was thinking of using such a device to fruit PF cakes effortlessly, just place a couple of these in the corner of the room, place cakes in, and put a lid on top with some airholes.

Any objections?

Is that a self watering container that waters plants from the bottom, like an earth box(tm)
If so, then I was wondering about that myself...
If it is, it would keep the "soil" wet, and it uses peat moss to wick the water into the "soil".

It isn't, hopefully. That's the point, I just want it to look a bit prettier and I wont need any type of tools for this. It's also about the same price as similar capacity plastic boxes in here.
