Positive air pressure glove box vs SAB

Hey, today's thoughts are about a positive air pressure glove box, and how it fares against a simple still air box.
Attached is a diagram of my design. To keep inside clean, a transfer box is to be attached, which functions as an air lock. A fan with 247.14 mm H2O of static pressure is to be used, in conjunction with proper filters.

How would this function in comparison to a traditional still air box? Would it even be worth it? Assume the box is fully sealed, and the inside is sterilized well between uses.
Please do let me know what you think, and if you have experience in operating such devices.

How will you flame sterilize your tools?

Good question. I was thinking of a coil sterilizer, moving sterilized tools around could be difficult. Alcohol lamp also should not be an issue with airflow. Correct me if I am mistaken.

That is like a really well made shmuvbox. The money and effort it takes to build one of these seems to be in the same range as building a flowhood which is a superior tool.

Thank you for the input, perhaps I should focus on building a functional Laminar flow hood in that case, while examining contaminants in a simple SAB.

If you use pre sterulized scalpels that is solved at least

If youโre getting all that gear it might just be better making your own laminar flow setup.
