One day I stumbled upon some psilocybe semilanceata looking shrooms and thinking this was my lucky day (first time 'hunting', I wasn't even searching for them). Though I hesitated a bit cause they werent exactly identical to the descriptions and pictures on the net but I picked them up anyways. Back home I washed them (they were pretty dirty) and took a closer look. Not exactly what they should be, right? But then again, they could be. Here's a pic on graph paper so you'll know the size (one square is 1cm*1cm) It's really frustrating cause some of them don't look like semilanceata at all and some are perfect examples (or not?) And now for some info: a. Southern Finland (that's way up north if you don't know where it is), picked today. b. The stem seems hollow to me, and you can tell the size of them from the graphpaper pic. I don't know how to characterize it much because my english is not so strong and to me the pictures are a pretty good way to id them. Overall they seem like... mushrooms. They were slimy and smell pretty much the same as the other psilocybe mushrooms I have in my stash.
Sorry if it seems I lack information and I'll try to add some more later if it's unclear what are these mushrooms I have acquired. I want to be sure these poor suckers are really crappy look-alikes that I can dispose of without feeling sorry. If they indeed happen to be the real thing, I'm one lucky sonuvabitch
