Humidity is 95% and temp is around 80 degrees. It's been about five days since scratching. I had the terrarium in the light for a day or two, but now put it in the dark and have heat on it (80 degrees). Am I in good shape or is there something I'm missing? Thanks, you guys have been really helpful so far! I'll put pics up if all is good!

I'd say you're ok for now. Just give it a little time. You might want to cut the humidity back a little bit once the mycelium has grown through extensively. What some people do when casing is leave the cased cakes alone in the dark for about a week or so. Usually by then there is noticable mycelial growth, and you go from there.
