Mushrooms growing sideways, Uneven growth tips needed

First time grower here. Would really appreciate some advice as to if this growth is normal and why some are growing sideways. Also why there is one huge mushroom but others are still very small. There is also little to no pinning in the middle of the sub. I have attached images for reference. This is day 9 of growing, i FAE 2-3 times a day and mist the sides of the bag.

Too much to unpack here, read the guide
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/28501530
Buying an all in one kit and then asking us to solve your issues is really not going to help you.
Learn how the process works and tell your vendor to give better growing advise.
Don't mist the walls of the bag, the bag won't grow.

Shrooms grow every which way Is it an ms grow? LC? Agar to grain? And you don’t need to mist, only if the surface looks dry (no droplets) and you shouldn’t need to provide extra fae unless there is none? How is it getting fae? Are there pin holes in the bag, is it semi open up top? It is a bag right? Unless it’s a clone (even when it’s a clone) you’ll get some shrooms that just get massive, clone that sucker! The reason shrooms are growing to the sides means the conditions are better there which might mean there’s too much fae and there’s more humidity around the edges. You can open it up and take pics looking in which might help answer your questions also, the more information for us the better and seeing your surface conditions might help.

Yeah so I’m not sure on what the substrate is. It receives FAE from opening the bag up daily 2-3 times. I will upload some photos of the surface when possible. Thanks

I am not asking you to solve all my issues lmao, this is a forum for asking questions no ? I have done my research it’s just nice to ask more experienced people if what I am doing is correct and for more advice in the future. We all have to start somewhere lol.

These vendors manuals and infos really drive me insane. It´s even worse that they don´t give a single shit about that, as they copy these damn manuals over and over, being decades old and brutally outdated.
As DERRAYLD said it´s a lot to discuss. For now we can say you´ll get some nice fruits, so you did it right. If you wanna dive deeper into real cultivation, we´ll sit at a table Is that a dutch kit?
EDIT: It wasn´t meant rude by DERRAYLD. Unluckily threads about growkits eat lots of time. All good mate.

Sitting sideways boys ina daze! Nothing to worry about. They grow in all sorts of directions. However where is your light source? They do tend to bend towards the light.

As Goatrider has said, no rudeness intended but to put my post into perspective... Look at what you yourself have said, you did your research but you don't know what the substrate is and you have no idea if what you're doing is correct.
That is 100% the fault of the vendor for not guiding you correctly but instead focusing on just selling to randoms. If the vendors put in as much effort as is required by this forum to undo their bs then this entire process would be easier.

Yes this is a Dutch kit. I am very aware that the instructions from vendors can be wrong. My next attempt is definitely not going to be from a grow kit. I have done lots of digging on this forum since starting this kit. I mainly just needed some reassurance as I am new. How will I go about harvesting the shrooms that are growing downwards/sideways when the time comes?

Same as the other mushrooms, just twist and remove or cut them at the base of the stem.
